Personal Guidance.
A one-on-one space to reconnect with yourself.
Through Personal Guidance sessions, I help you design spiritual and self-care practices that honor your unique path. Together we explore tools such as gentle yoga (movement, philosophy, and dharma), meditation, intuitive dance, mindset work, energy practices like Reiki or EFT, crystal rituals, and other grounding habits. These sessions are collaborative: I hold space, offer knowledge, and help you create rhythms that support clarity, healing, and joy.
Length: 60-90 minutes (online or in person)
Suggested donation: $50–$150 per session (sliding scale — contribute what feels sustainable and supportive)
Voice & Expression
Healing.
A journey to free your voice and speak your truth.
Your voice is more than sound — it’s an expression of your deepest self. In these sessions, we gently explore the connection between voice, body, and spirit, helping you reclaim confidence and flow in how you speak, sing, and share yourself with the world.
Together we may use tools such as breathwork, gentle vocal exploration, sound toning, throat chakra alignment, energy healing and Reiki, communication practice, and somatic techniques to release blocks and invite ease. These sessions are perfect if you long to feel more at home and embodied in your expression, whether on stage, in conversation, or simply with yourself.
Length: 60 minutes (online or in person)

Tarot & Oracle
A window into clarity, guidance, and creative insight.
I offer intuitive Tarot and Oracle readings to support reflection, clarity, and reconnection with your own wisdom. Readings can be general or tailored to specific themes (love, purpose, transitions, creativity, etc.). Each session is intended to leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and more at peace with your next steps.

In collaboration with my partner Drew, we bring through Ether to Earth — a one-of-a-kind offering where you receive:
A channeled Tarot & Oracle reading from me, offering insight and guidance.
A hand-drawn energy portrait by Drew, capturing the essence of what comes through — a soulful, realistic “snapshot” of your unique energy in that moment.
This blend of words and art makes a beautiful keepsake and a mirror for your journey.
